Very bad service. This is Orlando, FL. We are spoiled here and are use to exceptional service. Because we have Disney World here. And we are used to the giving and receiving excellent service and this Bank does not supply it. I noticed a lot of Chase Banks closing in the area. I wonder why? I think we all know the answer. Poor training and bad customer service.
All the people that used to work here have been replaced by machines that can’t even count the money properly when you make a deposit
Bartenders, Dancers, Waitresses, etc. do not waste your time coming here if you plan on depositing your tips. I came here based on the stars and reviews it was given but upon arrival the bank was closed which was not the problem even though it was during working hours. I entered inside to use the ATM and it was very outdated. The ATM only takes 30 bills at a time. A complete waste of time!!!! Mind you the ATM at my bank takes up to 200 bills at a time. Then after one full deposit, it tells you that it won’t accept anymore money which I’m starting to think they do on purpose! Bottom line it’s unfair to us and I’m reconsidering banking somewhere else. You should too!
