My experience was excellent. I got attended right away to open up my business account. I highly recommend Katie Baker, she’s really friendly, patient, and very professional. Katie explained everything to me in complete details. I’m very happy and satisfied with my visit! :)
Today is May 2, went thru the drive thru and there she was Dansice, the Teller with the Bad Attitude. She zeros in on me whenever I go through her line. She always keeps me waiting, last time she got my withdrawal slip and put it aside to help some guy pulled up next yo me . I don't know why she does this to me , but she always makes me have a long wait . She's rude when you confront her , she needs to not work with the public. I don't know why I have such an awful time at this branch, should have went to the one further down on Orange and Holden. There's only 3 tellers in that bank that acts professional.
Yeah, Sheidy ruined my experience. I was just trying to transfer money from my pay card to my debit card and she was asking me extra questions as if the pay card I had wasn't mine. She was giving me uncomfortable facial expressions, ridiculous.. I want to give this bank more stars because of Radcliff and his excellent service and his patience, but Sheidy truly annoyed me. I'll just go to the bank on North Orange instead.
You should be able to get change regardless if you don’t bank there or not. Poor service.
