Seems like they decide when they do and don’t want to open their lobby. Speed of service is very slow. Drive thru is no help.
I waited in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes for something so simple, horrible experience and not very friendly
This branch always makes things complicated. They are always short staffed, there is always some sort of resistance and irritation in the repsnvoices. Its like they are doing a favor by providing their services. No! It is your job! You get paid for it, smile, do your job, be happy you have a job. Do not recommend this location. Sherry is especially unpleasant on the phone with always condescending tone of voice. Not good.
This BB&T branch used to be better.nThe tellers here are good and the service at the drive up window is OK. There’s plenty of parking with easy access to the inside.nThere are better banks in the area that will appreciate your business. Becoming Truiest is not going to improve the service at BBT and/or SunTrust both those banks should get swallowed up by something larger - that’s their only hope.
This bank SUCKS...i had a check hold for almost a week. I called this bank and neither Jeanette or Evelyn where willing to help me clear this unusual hold. It sounded like they where busy and the service was nasty. They even had an attitude. Called another branch and they took the hold right off. Just because of these people i am closing my account and opening somewhere else.
