Some of the staff are very racists at this Bank of America. I waited 40 minutes and watched several people of Latin American descent walk in and received service without waiting. Uroli stated they had appointments but they never signed in with the lady that had the clip board. Representatives walked out of their office and call them into their office. You're telling me 5 people had appointments. Really. I took all of my money out of 3 accounts and deposit it in Chase Bank. Please stay wake from this Bank of America. Sad situation. Its 2019 and we still discriminating. ud83dude21ud83dude21
