Organized but staff was rude, quickly turning away as someone was going to ask them a question. I witnessed the lady call out for the lady about 4 times before they turned around.

This place used to be great. I was talking with a person in the shoes dept. & he commented that this store is nowhere as good as it used to be since it was sold to a new company. I agreed with him as I was thinking the same thing. It's barely worth the drive from St. Pete now. They had nothing unique or edgy & cool like the original Off 5th.
