Store Manager Shaker was absolutely AWESOME!!! I called store prior to coming in and Shaker assisted me. Also when I arrived at the store, Shaker was there to assist and answer any and all questions I had!!!

I have been a dedicated Oakley customer for years. When you had your spend $300.00 get a $50 off $200.00 coupons etc. I used to share them with my employees and send them your way. I have also purchased Oakleys for my family which are not in my picture.nnI used to receive such great service here and enjoyed stopping by to get a new pair. I reached out several times asking Oakley for nice Pink glasses and as soon as the store had them they called me.nnMy last two visits have been disappointing. I never change my mind off of 1 poor visit.nnI wanted a new pair of glasses earlier this year so I stopped by to look. The sales agent was cool and indifferent, however I wanted a couple new pairs so I shopped. I settled on one pair only since there were no specials at the time and when I asked about a cloth she said it doesnt come with that or a case. Okay. Pay. leave.nnI went back a few weeks ago looking for that second pair I didn't get last time and for a rubber piece for 2 of my other pairs.nnI am wearing Oakleys and I have two pairs in a bag. Last time they found me one in a drawer. She told me $16.99 for a kit with the side vinyl. I showed her the ones I was wearing and said I take those off because they rip out my hair and she actually shrugged her shoulders.nnWell I purchased 2 shirts for my son and left without glasses. I did however go get my first pair of Raybans.

We just had the best experience, and it was due to Morgan! She was very helpful and answered all of my husband questions. She fielded many customer issues and trained a staff member without making me feel as if she was having any problems! Great job creating a fabulous customer experience!
