Let me start by saying I worked at a shoe store out there for over five years so I know how things work in retail. I went in there on 3/24/21 to do a exchange i had just got a pair 2 days earlier and they didn't fit right, I misplace my receipt and found a pair for the same price and by the end they said I owed more than 20 dollars I said I was here two days eariler and I showed on my bank accountnhow much I paid and the manager on duty Chris said he that the shoes are ring up a different price and he was completely rude about it I ended up getting half of what I paid for the original and walked out. Will not go there again.
Omg the people who are working this Converse location are SO nice and helpful. Such great deals and I bought the CUTEST pair of kicks tonight!!!
Excellent deals on shoes. The key is getting here early.
I love Converse its pretty much all I wear. The employees in the outlet store are always friendly and willing to help. I would not go to another store unless I'm out of town.
