Several weeks ago I purchased a pair of the black Navigators for men and insoles to go with them. I spent $250 and can't tell you how disappointed I am in the lack of comfort and stability for the price. I have gout/plantar fasciitis and have been in tons of pain all year because of my health issues...I was willing to spend the money because two years ago my parents gave me the same exact shoes and they worked great! But of course, like all things, they eventually died out on me due to wear and tear...not sure if the company stopped making them the same way and started going cheap or what, but for that kind of money I was really putting my hopes up. My feet are in terrible pain everyday, unfortunately, I don't have time to rest properly because I work two jobs. Anyway, the sales people at the store are nice and helpful, but I will spend my money at Happy Feet or somewhere else from now on.

I was so pleased with the service. Since I wear afo's it is difficult to find shoes that fit and are comfortable. Sue at this store was so helpful and gracious that I left there a happy customer. I would recommend this store and product to everyone.

SAS Shoes are amazingly soft. This store carries an excellent variety of full shoes and sandals. They are worth every penny. I've never had any issues with trying on shoes and the actual sales people are very nice. I'm not sure why the other people had issues but I never have and they've been super nice to me and helpful. I almost forgot to mention this. These shoes are made in America. They may be more expensive but they last. I've had their relaxed sandal last over five years. I just rinse the bed off and clean it and let it dry. The cost involved is that this is one of the few U.S. manufacturers available here in the states.

I went into the SAS store located at the Prime Outlet Mall, located in Ellenton, FL. I was accompanied by my 93 year mother who was there to get a pair of shoes. My mother has difficulty walking so I walk with her to steady her. We sat down and the salesperson (white) a little more then middle aged, the other salesperson was Hispanic, was helping her. My mother is a bit frail so I walk with her and help her if and when she needs it. While we were sitting down and my Mom was trying on shoes, this sales person had the gull, the nerve, to turn to me and say that I should not interfere ! How dare a complete stranger, who doesn't know my mother or myself, make such a statement. Your salesperson is there to sell shoes not to say things to customers that SHE knows NOTHING about, period! How dare your employee make such a statement to anyone. My spoke to my mother about this and she was as upset as I was.
