The staff is excellent, especially Diego. Unfortunately, we just moved out of state and the staff at our new bb&t isn't as friendly. Will miss the great customer service!
Worst branch ever! Short staffed ... I have been with them for over 12 years! The manager is short any manners you should be raised with!
Customer service was horrible. Waited 10 minutes for someone to finally greet me.
This is the worst bank ever!!! Horrible hours and the customer service there sucks. If you're thinking about opening a bank go somewhere else right next to them is SunTrust bank i would rather pay them 7 bucks to cash my check then deal with them and get my check cashed there for free.
