What a great experience. Fantastic selection and even better service. This is the way shoe stores used to be. They size you. They give you advise and they care. So glad we found you. We love our new shoes and can't wait to come back!
They really know every shoe they sell and were excellent in helping me find the sneaker that was best for my needs. I wear a size 12 womens shoe and was surprised that they carried so many in my size. They said they even have up to size 13. The store is large, has a huge selection of shoes and a super friendly staff. The time they took and explanation they offered on how each shoe would wear left me very confident that I was getting the right shoe. Overall it was a far better experience than I've ever had with chain athletic stores. Definitely the best shoe store in Fort Myers.
Joe has an amazing knowledge of sizing and fitting the perfect shoe to best help your specific needs. They have a wonderful selection of top quality sandals, dress and tennis shoes and reasonably priced inserts. I won’t buy shoes anywhere else going forward.
Always a very professional, knowledgeable staff. A good selection. We have purchased many shoes here and continue to return. Very nice to see them having adapted to Covid to keep everyone safe.
They allow people to shop without masks.nnTo the owner’s response to my review. Requesting and requiring masks are different and requesting people to use them is a passive act and it doesn’t help the pandemic. We all need to protect others during this time. I planned on buying 3 pair of shoes for my wife, daughter and myself but we left fast because of the non maskers in the store so we only bought 1 pair. How is that good for your business? We went home and bought shoes on Amazon. Safer that way. I won’t return to your store. You said your employees wear them. The one man that helped us couldn’t keep his mask above his nose. It was below the nose so often. Buy him a mask that fits. He’s not even wearing the mask properly in your own pictures of the store on google . (Oh I see you deleted that picture of him with mask below his nose)
