Bought my son Jordan’s before school. When he finally wore them, one was very tight. Turns out Foot Locker sent a size 8 instead of two size 10.5. Should have been a no brainer for them to fix, BUT they said he was outside the return guidelines!!! On THEIR mistake they couldn’t even do the right thing.nnFoot Locker was a company I rooted for! I remember shopping there since I was a kid!!! They lost that trust and any future shoe purchases for myself or three kids.nnReally disappointed!
BAD BUSINESS BAD BUSINESS CHARGED ME 150 PLUS TAX THEN I WANTED TO CHANGE TO A PAOR FOR 130 THE NEXT DAY THEY CHARGED ME 30 MORE DOLLARS
