Tried to put hold on my Mom’s account after her death. Was told by phone to go to the nearest branch. When I did was told by clerk I have to go online to schedule an appointment. I asked why I’m here can’t you just schedule one with someone that can handle it? Finally after demanding he walk 15 steps to do so I was informed I couldn’t get in for 1 1/2 days. So I told him there’s automatic withdrawals being made and she’s deceased. Can I at least freeze the account? “That’s all we can do try calling” . I did they told me to come here and bring death certificate. ud83dude21
Treat customers like cattle, can’t get an appointment to clear funds for a house closing. I’ve been a regular customer years! Personal service isn’t here!!!

Lovely experience
Made an appointment and the banker wasn’t even working that day. Not to mention the lady who spoke to my parents were extremely rude. If you ever open an account, go to Chase Bank!
