Fast, friendly, and professional! I have not switched banks in over 10 years because I thought it would be such a hassle. To my surprise John made this very painless and even delivered my new bank card, checks, and paperwork to me. Had I known before how easy switching banks would be I would have done much sooner. I have never experienced a banking professional that goes to the length of customer service than John Rojas. Setting up an account at Bank OZK was so easy because John brought all paperwork to me. I didn't have to re-arrange my schedule which is so important when you are a business owner.
