After retiring and moving to Florida, I wanted to find a bank or credit union to open an account with. One thing led to another and I am now with Suncoast Credit Union and couldn't be happier! Different employees via their branch, phone service and mobile app have been very helpful and courteous. Thank you Suncoast for excellent customer service !

they are not much different than a bank. They charge alost the same for an overdraft as a bank

Disappointed that this credit union charges a $3.00 fee for ATM withdrawals. As a fellow credit union member, I look for other credit unions to do business with and I will not be returning to Suncoast until they change they policies.nnAnd perhaps you should familiarize yourself with the actual fee schedule...

They are always courteous and patient. I made a switch from BOA to Suncoast and they made it really easy. I'm loving it!
