Peeps nice @ Palmetto, but not very practical 2 go there when the hours changed again. I kept going back n forth between Cortez location, bc online would say open & it'd be closed. Now I went yesterday & hrs. only open til 430 pm, bc some quit & Rona? Then n Sat. hrs. & u deposit cash & not credited til teller deposits, never heard of a bank doing that?! It took 2 days 4 my $ 2 b deposited, bc weekend?!
Poor bank, they have short hours, high fees and can't help you with issues. They shut down your cards with no warnings and won't give you a new working card denying access to your money and shrug their shoulders at the issues. The website works when it wants to, the app doesn't work at all. Stay far far away from this bank. You'll be safer keeping your money in your mattress, at least you won't be denied access from your hard earned money!

Avoid this bank at all costs. Rude service...extremely high atm fees ...you have many other much better options nearby
