I’m very impressed with the assistance provided by Personal banker (G MENDEZ) at the Bank! I was looking to open a new Business account, but we were hesitant to pull the trigger. I had many questions that the personal banker representative was able to address , answer with ease & patience to ensure I understood completely in order to make the best decisions. Thank you so much to personal Banker at Wells Fargo Bank for making this process easy!

Poor customer service. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for years, but it only took a few visits to this branch to make me switch banks. The team here is poorly trained, overwhelmed, and today turned me away for a simple problem they could have easily resolved if they bothered to take a moment to do their job. I can deal with the overlong wait times (it's a busy location), but the fact they could care less about their customers? No, thank you. Don't waste your time. Take your money elsewhere.

I have been a customer of this bank for 10 years. I have to agree with the many comments about long wait times HOWEVER...the reason that I have stayed with this bank despite Wells Fargo terrible corporate issues and the sometime long wait time in the local bank is the overwhelmingly friendly and personal greeting, caring and service that I have always received. Yes, they seem understaffed and I know the wait times can be long at times, but the tellers, managers and special account people have always done their best to meet my needs.nnRick Bottegal

Rude, slow and lazy at the drive thru, the same lady is always stopping to talk and do other things than her job at serving the drive thru, lines do not move, the location at 41 south of Crystal is close to my business and is the ONLY reason I am still with WF that branch is miles ahead in customer service.

Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Always at least 20 people in line. And no tellers. Very frusterating. Poor customer service because of such a wait long time. The bank manager just wanders around. Horrible business.
