Tried to open a business account (would have put over $10k in the account as soon as it opened with more wire transfers coming soon) these people never get back to you (ERIC)nnWent to the next location in Fort Myers, and they don’t even have anyone there that can open one.nnGoing with another bank, zero work ethic here. (See other reviews stating similar experience)

This branch is very unprofessional,freeze the money for no reasons then takes more than 2 months to resolve ,doesn’t have staff that speak Spanish and never treat you with the respect you deserve .

BEST Customer Service at the drive through window and at customer service desk. Everyone is so nice, accomodating during COVID-19. Especially, my new personal customer service representative Mr. Nunez. Wow is he knowledgable and the 4 times I have interacted with him has been super helpful. I feel as though I have a ndew friend at this bank branch. This is especially important to me and worth noting because of a recent move, I needed my banks help. Oscar Nunez was there everytime to help me with my transactions, and other sensitive topics. He was very calming and I was in good hands. Please call and ask for him, he will be your trusted CHASE representative. Thank you very much!

I had an appointment at 9 a.m. I came, planned my business, but a certain Rosa, a bank employee, did not come. and other workers said that I was deceiving them and could not be at 9 in the morning, but after I showed them confirmation they started saying that I had to wait for the call, then go. invited me to wait or come another day. I'm very displeased.
