I don't understand why all the Chase ATMs of Fort Myers aren't working and it's to the point where I am just going to pay off my Amazon Prime credit card and then cancel the card because when I want to order something through Amazon and only have 3 hours left to do it and can't access the atm to deposit money then I lose out on the deal it's absolutely rediculous!
I lost about $800 in business and 3 hours this weekend because of Chase Bank. They charge you to take your money and invest it and then don't want to let you get your cash when you need it. I'm currently on hold for the past 45 minutes (!!) Waiting so they can release my card so I can purchase materials for work. What a scam. Take your money to a local bank- the big banks could care less about you.
Had to go thru drive thru because they won't let you in they look at you like you are some kind of sick person and tell you to go to drive thru to find out that they can't do anything for you very disappointed with service been with for year it's time to relocate to a different bank
