The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. There’s always some kind of great deal going on, plus clearance racks in the back of the store. Even if you forget your coupon, the cashier will scan their store copy if you ask.
Carter's is a great location for kids' clothing. Their sales are usually really good and the rewards program is incredible. They also go out of their way to help you save money by using coupons for you. They're also really good about returns, as long as the clothing still has tags and hasn't been worn. One of my sons outgrew clothes quickly, so I had to return a number of wrong-size clothing items that were given as gifts. They took care of it no problem, even with no receipt. Highly recommend.
Love love this store. They always have great deals and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. They have a playing board for the kids right on the checkout - brilliant idea! I receive coupons with their seasonal magazine and they always offer more when I shop.
