I bought two jackets online. The items came on time and well packaged. I decided to return one of the jackets to the store at the Burlington Mall and the sales manager Kristi was super rude. It all started when the sales guy a pleasant young guy innitiated the return when he accidental hit cash instead of a credit return. When he asked for help from the manager she came unwillingly with a passive aggressive attitude. She refused to return my shipping cost which was almost ten dollars saying that they do not refund shipping costs. I didn't mind the shipping cost as much as I minded how rude she was to the sales guy. Needless to say that was my first experience with Eddie Bauer!

Trader Joe's is one of those places. You either love it, or don't. I don't purposely go there, but lots of people do. I do like some of their offerings. Expensive.

Both my wife and I buy a lot of our cloths here. It's not cheap, but the quality is high. The employees are enthusiastic and helpful without being pushy.

One of my favorite locations in the Mall. You get the best winter wear and trekking stuffs. You will always end up buying very good quality products from here. There are always offers going on and you will get good deals. I always check this store before purchasing online. They may have better offers than online too.nnNot to mention the staff, they are very friendly and they help you to choose the best product for you. They spend time in explaining about the product and provide you more information.nnTheir return policy is also amazing, no questions asked and if you do not like it you can return it.nnNormally I don't provide 5 star reviews but they are doing an exceptional customer service with quality product.

Nice down coats. When they have a sale they are really cheap! They are made of quality materials. Although the zippers are cheap and break.
