Affordable, comfortable e beautiful shoes. I love the handbags too.
The manager in this store gave me a really hard time when trying to return a pair of boots I ordered online which I received in a worn condition. She said she didn't believe if I have worn them because the bottom of the shoe had dust (meanwhile tags were still on). I explained her this is how I received them and she insisted that I speak to customer service and do the return through mail. I had to call customer service right away and have a representative talk to her for 15 min on the phone just to persuade her to do her job. The representative apologized (the store manager didn't).
After browsing the shoes that were on the Shelf I stood in front of the register what the sandal I wanted to try on only to be ignored while the representatives were right there behind the register for a whole 4 minutes. It's only when I dropped the sandal on the counter and proceeded to walk off is when they tried to address me. Worst customer service for any store on Friday evening
Perfect wearing them now.
Called in to ask if they had my size shoe, they say they have plenty of my size, I get there they say they don't have any, if you don't have it just say that it is understandable, don't lie and make someone come into the store for nothing
