Love Ecco shoes. Fit great! There are some new Men's Sports shoes which are really great!
Not many options, product styles are limited!
Today I stop by at the Ecco store at the Burlington mall and what a fantastic experience, Carlos the store manger was great he helped me to pick up the perfect pair of shoe that I need for my trip, I told him I need a shoe that I can dress up dress down and comfortable for walking , it was very helpful that he knew exactly what I was looking for, after he asked me a few questions, he showed me 4 pairs of shoes after I tried all of them I told him that I like the way the second pair felt and he said that was a great choice and told me try them on again take a walk and make sure they fell comfortable and so I did he said that looks really good you can go from day to nitght, after I selected the shoe he showed how to take care of my new shoes and even sprayed them for me, Carlos definitely got a new customer that will be back for more shoes, after this great experience all I can say it’s hard to walk at any store those days and Have an awesome experience like that,nVery, very pleased.nnWilliam P.
This Store used to be Awesone because of Donald Harkowsky my ex manager
As a long time ECCO customer I’d expect the store to carry shoe laces in every size. After all this is not some discount shoe store. And when store employees tell me that this is common then the problem doesn’t lie with the front liners, but with poor management.
