Excellent quality but price is high
So racist, I bought a pair of shoes, wore for 2-3 hours, realized it hurts my toes, returned and bought a new pair but the racist guy was so rude and he subtracted 25 % (33$) although the shoes were like new. In the meanwhile my fiancé bought a pair of shoes for herself and had them to ship it to our home in NYC. The same guy did not put the Apartment number, the package could not be delivered. These people are not professional at all. It is a shame for Clarks.nnUpdate: After one month, still we are waiting for our shoes. since morning we are trying to call them and every time they disconnect the call. This is horrible experience, for the first time, with Clarks. Usually Clarks are responsible and professional in other towns.
I bought a pair of shoes in the store. Because they don't I have the right size, they persuaded me that they ordered them online and mailed to me. Two weeks past and I still didn't received the shoes. I called the store, the staff was very impatient, only asked me back their store to deal with it. He was very rude.
