They didn’t give me back the money for my return.nnSince I walked in the door I did notice that they look at me uninterested as I was going to make a return. I bought some sneakers 1/2 size bigger than my usual because they didn’t have my exact size and the person that helped me (at another finish line store) convinced me of getting that size. However, I bought them to give them a second thought and try them at home (obviously inside) because 10 min trial at the store is not enough to make sure they fit well ... I asked the return polices to the person that sold them to me as she knew I was going to try them and feel them at home and think about it.nWent to this Finish line store at University Mall and they didn’t want to return my money back.nThey said they would accept an exchange but not rerun the money even though I’m within 30 days from the purchase date. According to them the shoes were worn and dirty, well that’s impossible as I wore them 10 min at the store and 10 min inside home where is only carpet ... so if they were dirty (they weren’t) it would be from their own store floor ...nnBad service from the beginning.nnNEW UPDATE **nSo just to give you more context on the bad service of this store (at the university mall, Tampa ), right after they wouldn’t accept my return because they said the shoes were used and dirty ud83dude02 (which they weren’t because they hadn’t been used, the only use they had was at their store ... then i went to another store and with out saying ANYTHING they processed my return. I told them about the other store accusing me of returning used items and they Laughed so hard cause they even said that they could see that the shoes were completely new and clean...nBad service, bad attitude, really bad experience. They made me drive way further and lose so much time for nothing...

I went in to look at Brooks running shoes. Not only did they not carry Brooks but they didn't seem to have any traditional running shoes. Nobody came out to see if we needed anything. The finish line in Brandon is well worth the extra drive.

I had a positive shoe experience I do not Shoe Shop a lot but I appreciated that they had buy one get one 1/2 off so I was able to get Skechers me and my aunt some work shoes and the lady that was at the desk was very nice
