Bought a pair of what i thought were the limited edition quai 54s. 2 weeks later i got them appraised only to find out they were clever replicas. Wasted over 200 dollars for nothing.
The employees have no authority to practically do anything. Other stores the employees are given enough trust to make business happen and keep money moving, but after dozens of transactions with these guys, you’re alllllways told the same thing, “lemme call the boss”, “lemme ask the owner”. Another thing is when you’re trying to buy or trade shoes, and you get left on read numerous times on Instagram simply asking for a reply to BUY something. I’m done with this unprofessional business. It’s just bad customer service even for repeat customers. I feel better supporting other local shops that show they care and are efficient.

I called in to check if I could do an in-store pick up on a pair of shoes I saw were in stock at this location online. The guy took my name and said they would put them aside for me to come pick up. After driving all the way from West Palm Beach to shop with these people, I was ripped off. Not only did the shoes turn out to be fake, but the customer service was horrendous. The girl working seemed to have no interest in doing business, let alone what even was going on. $325 down the drain and no response when confronted via Instagram DM. Pathetic.
