The best shoe store for the ladies in the mall. My daughter and I romanticize about this store when we are away from it. Sexxy, classy, comfortable, and JAZZY describes the selection of not only shoes but also variations of custom jewelry and accessories. There is a clearance section that also houses many colors and brands of shoes. Any occasion ladies Shoe Connection I guarantee will have something you like. You won't leave disappointed.

The staff is great . They worked so hard to help me. I tried on a ton of shoes. In the last hour they were open. They locked the doors behind us. ( The brands run 1/2 to a whole size big here) I spent 80.00 on two beautiful pairs. I'd go again.

Don't even bother spend your money here!n1) They never have the size you need. on the bottom of the shoe, it will inform you on the sizes they have left. But even then, they probably still won't have it. When I asked why it say you have that size if you don't, they walked away mid sentence. (This was after countless times asking for certain shoes in my size and them coming out to say they don't have it)n2) EVERY pair of shoes I've ever gotten from them has either: popped within a couple of days of purchase, heel broke off, or left blisters from hugging in the wrong areas.n3) they don't believe in refunds, exchanges, etc.n4) They are so rude. Half of the time the girls act like they don't care about their job! You could ask them questions and they cut you off before you finish!n5) Just take your business else where. They act like it's no big deal when it comes to customer service and the quality of their shoes!nnI've worked in retail for 3 years so I like to think I know how to treat customers/guest. This store seems to just hire a pretty face without checking to see if they are actually worth hiring!
