Me and my wife went in to this Suntrust to start a new banking relationship and we couldn’t be happier! All the representatives in there were very welcoming and friendly. The representative that helped us start our new banking relationship with suntrust was Kayyla Hamlet. She was the most amazing, professional, and courteous banker we have ever worked with ever! Because of her we will be life long suntrust customers!
If the Social Security Administration ran a bank, this is what we imagine it would be like. All other banks/credit unions we deal with know us by name and greet us as we come and go. At Sun Trust we're always strangers who seem to annoy the employees.nThey're years behind in electronics technology and in the dark ages for customer service.nYou'll see if you look at the customer reviews/ratings that they are consistently rated very poorly on every site.
