An honest mistake of $30.00 and they gave me a negative credit rating. Never missed a payment before. Spoke with a representative who told me that they tried to call me 6 times. Well, who answers the phone when they are at work. I get tons of robo calls, sorry I didn't answer my phone but I did respond to the letter and paid it right away. I will be refinancing. Good bye Bank of the West. You lost my buiseness.
I try to get someone on the phone often with my job. 35 minutes yesterday and STILL no one answered. That was 4:30pm central time, now it's 9am and still on hold!!! I would never deal with a bank if I had a choice that you can't talk to someone!!
Horrible bank, never would recommend. High interest, never answer phones, wait time is forever. Hate them!
Should be run out of town. They mess up your account and then you cannot get it fixed while they charge you over and over. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM !!!!!!!
If there was a way to give bank of the west a minus star I would.nThey should be investigated they purposely make it very difficult to make a payment, so folks can default on their loan.nThe experience was horrible.
