Love PNC, as my parents did for 62 years. Always been easy to work with and they are not BofA. If you can withdraw just one dollar from an ATM, then you have my vote.
I love this bank. Especially the ATM fee reimbursement and friendly customer service.
Opened an account with pnc 3 weeks ago never got a card this location states they make cards but the machine is always broken I am now refusing to deposit any more money at this bank. Worst experience of my life with bank.nNo one come and ask you if they can help you and your left waiting in line for what seems like forever just for them to tell you no.nI advice everyone to avoid PNC go to TD bank!!
They charge me $19.95 for each cash advance from netspend card i got from liberty tax and i had to make 3 transactions because the max amount they allowed to withdrew daily was only $1000 at the time. Netspend, liberty tax and PNC are stealing peoples income tax return. How is that allowed in this country.
If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. Not only this location but the whole bank it's self is just ridiculous! I went to try and close my account and the manager CUT UP MY CARD and said I cant close my account until pending charges go through. I wake up this morning and I'm NEGATIVE -$63 ! And no Banks are open until MONDAY . They are VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND I NEVER had these problems with bank of America. When I go and close this account next week it will be the biggest STRESS RELIEF OUT OF MY LIFE! I SHOULD NOT BE THIS STRESSED OUT AT 19 OVER A STUPID UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, DISCOMBOBULATED BANK!
