We have banked with this company for many years - back in the day when they were Jefferson Bank. This Bank used to be great and very helpful. It seems with every new merger, the customer service drops terribly. Yvonne and Ray are two outstanding individuals who have always gone above and beyond to provide good service. Everyone else, particularly the Treasury department, could use a class or two in customer service. Sadly will have to now incur the agitation of moving accounts and sadly have to advise others to STEER CLEAR and use a different bank to hold your money, especially if you own a business.
A bunch of super nice and friendly people work here. Would recommend to anyone
