This branch reflects well Bank of America's policy to provide the lowest level of customer service possible. Long waiting times, poor responses, solutions that are not solutions, transfers to lines that do not answer. Management just does not seem to care.
I always have a wonderful experience at this branch of Bank of America. Bank of America was always my favorite financial organization. Whenever I go to this branch the staff greets warmly. Here I must mention Carol who always without fail welcomes warmly with a smile on her face. It has been many times I was in distress but her smile and warm talk gave me confidence. She is experienced and gave me very good advice for my financial security. I always say , friendliness is mutual too. If the clients are open and friendly the staff will be open to their answers. I have very good experience there and I recommend people to try them and trust the experienced people. It will pay off.
I usually love my Bank of America visits, but I won’t be visiting this branch. They made there problems mine when they asked if I could go to the back of the line because my cash deposit would take longer then those behind me. Maybe the two bankers telling me to go to the back of the line could have opened a terminal for the people behind me. I’m a business customer. I’m raging!
Rebecca and lindsay were so helpful! Always pleased with boa customer service.
Used the drive thru ATM and the machine locked up eating $5000 of company checks and the business card. Would not recommend using this one.
