Unfortunately my business uses this location for banking. There is no reason to take 30 minutes to complete 6 deposits. They took my deposits then proceeded to take everyone else in line including those who came in after me before even starting to complete mine. Completely disrespectful and unethical. Exactly why I won't bank with this company for my personal banking needs.
be careful these folks will not help you out they're all about the money they'll be more they are happy to take your money open new bank accounts etc but if you have an issue they want nothing to do with you
Very very disrespectful and disappointing I have this bank for over 9 years I came in to speak with someone... a banker telling me I can’t be seen because I don’t have an appointment... her next appointment person should be coming in 3 hrs from now !!!... like y’all don’t do walk-ins no more since when
I called like 5 times as soon as they opened and nobody ever answered the phone. Given the location of this bank I'm not surprised at all. Shame. I was trying to possibly open and account or cash a check with their logo on it. Never mind I'll just stay with my credit union.
