It took 15 minutes waiting at the teller's desk to get a money order, I had my ID and all my paperwork ready beforehand and was the only customer at the bank. They stopped 3 times to tell me money orders cost $2 and complained about having to serve me while I was there. I am definitely switching banks.

Colleen and J.C are awesome. Every time I go in they always make me smile, even on my worst days. Colleen and JC are always so pleasant, and quick. These people need a raise!!

Wow. Been banking here since i moved from NY 3 years ago. I've never had any issues in this branch until today. I had a personal, embarrassing issue where my account was overdrawn. The blond women i dealt with was so rude. She made me feel like i was incompetent. She made it a point to talk about my overdrawn account and my purchases loud enough for the branch to hear... There's too many banks in Tampa to have to feel belittled when discussing your financial information.

Colleen Milne, the worst banker I have ever met in my life. No ethics or respect whatsoever when it comes to the privacy of people’s information. No need for the loudness you took on your tone of voice when you aired my problems to the whole bank, and even told face to face to another teller. Thank you for making matters worse, which you have no idea how bad it is for me and my two businesses to be in the situation I am right now. And this individual showed no empathy or even understood that for me as her customer the situation is so much worse. You have your little job, my art business will suffer for this. If I could give negative 5 stars I definitely would.

If I could give a negative I would. They flip a coin to decide if you can get over daft or not. Then they will pay the company and take the money back from the company and charge you $36 return fee
