I came here with my daughter to buy a present for our home friend. The selection was huge and amazing, prices fair, and staff members helpful. I will definitely come again.
This store is very unprofessional. I tried to get the new Jordan’s and I was told on several occasions the shoes were not in. I even went to the store and was told the shoes were delayed. I was told to call back the next day to speak with management to see if the shoes were in. NO LUCK. I actually called the store all day to see if the shoes were in. I spoke to MICHAEL a manager towards the end of the day after UPS did the delivery and was told the shoes were not in and he stated “ I will be glad when they come so I can be done with this”. So I called today and spoke with another manager Naline who was very nice and told me the shoes came yesterday and they are SOLD OUT. hmmmmm.so how a small store like this sell out so fast when the shoes supposedly never came in yesterday according to MICHAEL.. let me tell you how. They saved the shoes for a booster who came in and purchased them and gave the staff extra money for holding them. The reason I know this is true. I saw someone selling 12 pair of the shoes yesterday last night who lives less than 5-10 miles from the store. I never leave reviews but I felt this needs to be address. I did call corporate to report the store. Hopefully the issue will be addressed.
Donavan was absolutely great! Customer service and attentiveness was amazing. Neyleen was absolutely amazing as well. They are a great team and I will definitely visit this store again!

I started coming to this store earlier this year after needing a proper fitting. I was blown away with their level of Technology combined with a phenomenal customer service experience every time I've come to this store since.
