I've been here a few times I have to say the customer service here bis absolutely fantastic. I love how much attention and he'll pay received while shopping here. Kudos to management for hiring such awesome people.
At checkout, young girl was very very lazy.. she looked like she didn’t want to be there. She was not nice. I showed her that the 15% discount should apply but she did not care (or was not smart enough to know how to do anything). She just kept repeating how much the total (without the discount) was. I kept showing her the price online ( and it was supposed to be in store too)... but she refused to do anything and got an attitude. She said just buy it online then. I walked out - will never come back. Poor attitude, no customer service, and more expensive in person .. why would i want to go back and deal with this girl (i’m sure they are all the same).. just a bunch of lazy girls.
My daughter wanted to check bbn out the store. Her father has a fascination with their cologne.

The young black female nicely styled sales clerk patiently walked me through five or six styles of soft fuzzy sweaters to find the right gift and the right size. Really good sales service at the mall. Imagine that.
