This shoe store has a nice variety of athletic, casual, and dress shoes for men and women. I actually visited other shoe stores in this same mall (Coral Ridge) but Famous Footwear beat them out in prices and variety. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The store was also very clean and bright. It took me about 20 minutes to settle on what pair I wanted but it was money well spent.
Terrible customer service. One employee didn't know what penny loafers are, and they work in a shoe store. Also, the OLD lighting is dank and the place never has adequate A/C, in case you go.

Cashier had an attitude, but other than that there's a wide selection. They're closing at 7 instead of 8
