Every step of my interaction with this terrific business was easy and professional. The communication was fantastic. I booked online and had quick response. I had never used this grooming service before and was relying on the reviews I read and was not disappointed. My standard poodle, Daisy, was really matted and Michelle did such an amazing job. She took such care to ensure Daisy looked great even though her coat needed to be cut short. I know it was a lot of work and I was thrilled with the results...thanks so much Michelle, you exceeded my expectations!!! It's a lovely shop and so happy with the great service.

We have a mini Australian shepherd son named Jacob! He just turned 1 and we were looking to take him for his first grooming experience. We came across this place and it had GREAT reviews. There is one closer to us but the reviews weren't so great so we were more than happy to travel the 35-40 minutes to make sure our baby was taken care of! We were so happy at how beautiful the location was! My kids loved how good it smelled too! We got to meet the owner Elizabeth and she was so helpful and willing to.answer all our questions! The groomer did such a wonderful job he looks and smells so handsome! We will definitely keep coming back and recommend it to first timers or anyone just looking for good quality Care for this furry kid

Woofgang is a class in every way! I was greeted and acknowledged by the manager and owner, as well as each of the groomers who came out to discuss the care and needs of each dog client. They conducted themselves as professionals and not doing this job by default. They treated each dog (3) with a gentle, caring manner. The dogs were in and out quickly as promised and they looked fantastic!!nWe will definitely be back!

We took our dog here to get groomed. He has quite a few health issues and the groomer Brie-ann specifically told us they only have one dog in at a time to ensure our dog's safety. Upon arriving there we see that there are many dogs in the back obviously putting our dog at major risk. The owner was also not wearing a mask which is a public health risk.nWhile I understand this is a groomer and each place has a different set of rules if you promise one thing we shouldn't expect something completely different that would be putting our pet at risk. Lying to make an extra buck is a little unsavory.nWhen my mom explained our issue to the owner she was incredibly rude and just wanted to get her off the phone. I see I am not the only one who has experienced the owners terrible customer service.nnIn response to the owner's reply:nI want to add we DECIDED to not take our dog here the owner did not. It also does not matter if the owner was 6 ft away from my family she still should have worn a mask a public health safety risk I will report to the city of Fort Lauderdale. She also lied her mask was NEVER on her face. She claimed she took it off to speak to my mom but that is not true.nShe still did not address my concern. Clearly her groomer or whoever told my mom this information lied to us. Lying to a potential customer to make a buck is disgusting. Also this conversation regarding one dog coming in at a time was discussed beforehand not when we arrived. It was confirmed before we arrived at the shop there would only be one dog in at a time.

The best groomers!! I take my 10lb Maltese and 50lb Australian Shepherd here and both of my pups come out looking beautiful and happy! They actually listen to your requests and are extremely reasonably priced. Elizabeth is also so kind and friendly! Looking forward to bringing my pups here and will recommend them to everyone!
