They have a Google voice. I called them for kittens and they responded via text. Immediately they asked me for a pet deposit. they stated that their address is on North Federal highway I am at the North Federal highway address it is a UPS store. This is a scam do not give these people a deposit because they do not exist.

Really nice friendly staff who are knowledgeable about their products & pets in general. Also most of them are pet owners & can relate directly to the customer - can’t say the same at most other stores. Also their food is fantastic for the first time Ever my dog will ignore cat food in favor of his own!!!

Had a nice time. Everything was nice and orderly. (Also there was this gorgeous white cat with a green and a blue eye).

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Sassy Paw Pet Store if you're looking to spoil your fur baby.
