I lost everything because of taking a loan from this banking company, please people don’t get a loan from these bankers please!
I can see that they were awful 4 years ago and they still are! Avoid avoid avoid! I'm not even a customer but they hold the lien for a car I purchased. Both the dealership and myself have been trying for weeks to get them to release the lien as they have verified receipt of payment. They refuse. It has been well over the time they say it takes, 14 days, which is already pushing it since they have processed the payment already. Their customer service is non-existent. Will probably have to take legal action to get it released. Seriously, run if I could give them negative stars I would. I can't imagine actually being a customer.
They will NOT help with anything. Their customer service representatives are incompetent, and the supervisors are never available. Do NOT do anything with this bank.
