Worst PNC branch i have ever encountered. One simple transaction took 30 minutes. What is going on PNC? You are better than this.
They rescheduled two appointments just to open an account & came up with countless excuses not to serve me. What a horrible way to treat customers. The corporate headquarters needs to be alerted about this immediately.
