I have continued to shop at this store over the years because I have always had great experiences here. All three sales people have been helpful, kind, & make me feel safe when shopping. Thanks! I recommend this place. They always have a nice sale section too.
Sign on front door states you need to wear a mask to enter. Great! Woman Susan) working there did not have on a mask. We asked her to wear one, she said she’d had it so did not need to. We argued with her that my 93 yr old Mom had not yet been able to get a vaccine, and asked her t wear a mask. She continued to argue about it's uselessness, then went back to get her ex-president 2020 mask. I bought the sandals despite her ignorant and aggressive idiocy.
The woman there was very kind and did a wonderful job fitting me for a pair of Birkenstocks. I have large feet, so I didn't think they would have any in my size, but thankfully they did! My new Birkenstocks are super comfortable and I would recommend anyone go to Susan's Birkenstock Plus to get a pair.
Great shoe selection and wonderful customer service
We walked in, looking for a hard to find size. While there was only one style of Birkenstocks that would fit, there were several choices in materials and colors. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly.
