The store was very clean, easy to navigate, and full of fun things! I didn't find the Easter stuff I was looking for (my fault-- I waited until two days before Easter and the internet SAID it wouldn't be in stock in store, but I wanted to check just in case), but I still found a handful of things to take home, anyway... and this was on top of the pickup order that I placed, which was at the register when I checked out, ready to go! Every associate I spoke to was very friendly and eager to help without being overbearing, and they guessed that we were getting a new puppy and shared in our excitement, which was even better! Thank you!!! A++

My order was ready to pick up almost immediately. I received a timely reminder to pick up within five days. The actual pick-up was quick and friendly. I received a thank- you shortly after getting my order. Great service!

Haven't shopped at large pet store before. Petco was very very good. The young lady at register was extremely helpful. Help me with my purchase since I was on cane waiting for knee surgery.

Do not join the vital care program with the hopes of getting decent service, or service at all for that matter. The app fails most of the time, the web does not allow for proper scheduling and the walk-in option is hit and miss. Save your money.

The lady that runs the grooming place in there is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Super friendly and professional, the dog loved her, and the prices are substantially better than ANY other store or veterinarian I'm the area.
