I’ve been shopping at this store for years, just because the shoes are cute and inexpensive. However, the employees have always been awful (unprofessional and rude). I came by to exchange some shoes yesterday, and for the first time, there was an AMAZING ASSOCIATE! She was so friendly, helpful, and professional! She assisted me from finding the right shoe size, to offering to look online/at other stores. So I wanted to give a big shoutout to Anastasia that works at the South Towne Mall, the only employee at this store that ever actually helped and made me feel welcomed.
The salesperson was amazing. She made my shopping experience warm, personable and friendly.
I’ve found my size in more variety of shoes at this location but they have the cutest and best high heels I’ve bought. They last for a long time and are a very good price for a high school student or anyone. especially for shoes for a dance
For a state that wants minorities. Forever young shoes sure made me feel so uncomfortable. The lady Paytonl stared us down. Every direction we walked she followed my sister and I. That's unprofessional and unacceptable.
Buy one pair of boots and get one free is what brought me into the store. I found 2 that were the perfect fit. The ladies were very nice and helpful. I will surely go back for some more cute shoes!!
