If I could leave zero stars, I would. Please beware when ordering from this site!!!! I am very sad to say with this being one of my absolute favorite stores, I will no longer purchase anything else from here. I placed an order for over $400.00 and never received any of the items ordered. Trying to make contact with them is completely impossible. You have to email their "web team" they will not take phone calls. It takes days for them to respond to any email sent, and then you end up having to explain yourself over and over, until eventually they just stop responding all together. It's been six weeks since my order, no merchandise, and currently still out my money since they are claiming I never ordered anything. It really makes my stomach turn to know a business can be so careless about their customers, and the fact I am out that money. When contacting the store in Sandy, the manager pretty much told me, sorry there was nothing she could do besides contact the same "web team" to get answers. Like I mentioned before, I really loved the store located in Idaho Falls but had moved away and started ordering online and it became a complete mess. I was already hesitant on placing an order for this much money, and now I completely regret it to the point I could cry.
I had never stepped foot in Bohme until yesterday. The customer service was outstanding and I am very pleased with how those ladies treat people! They were very helpful and gave me their honest opinions on the clothes I asked them about. I will be back!!
Great style! Love the vibe of this place and the jeans fit me soooo perfectly. Is a little pricy but the jeans are worth it.
In a summary. They ignored me I dont know whether it was because I was not dressed nice or because I am not Caucasian. But all these “too good for anything” Caucasians did not care to help me, I had to get my own fitting room. I was ignored the whole time purposely because they would walk right in front of me. I did not appreciate feeling judged nor them ignoring me. When I would try to get their attention they would look and walk the other way. I basically could’ve cashed myself out if it wasn’t because an employee has to do it.
Very biased employees. No racial/ethnic diversity employees they’re all white and rude.
Sad to say but I’ve had this experience in other Böhme locations too.
Their return policy is pretty awful. I now have about $70 worth of store credit cards when I simply wanted my money back. Super cute stuff but I don't think it is worth the hassle of trying to return stuff.
