This Torrid has some really awesome employees, who are always helpful and kind!
I want to start off by saying I usually enjoy shopping here so the fact that such an incident happened is quite upsetting. On Saturday, June 13th, I was browsing peacefully and happily when I suddenly happened to overhear a woman who I believed was a manager or supervisor talk condescendingly to another customer. It surprised me that she spoke in such a disrespectful manner about something so simple like returns. She also spoke regarding sales being affected by returns, and it just rubbed me the wrong way. I get that sales are important to any business but to my understanding, Torrid's philosophy is more about customer's experience and less about sales. I guess I was mistaken. I am disappointed that such a good store is being managed so poorly.
Helpful staff, great prices and sales.
All my nice clothes were on a moving trailer that hadn't arrived yet, but Torrid helped me find a cute yet stand out worthy pair of shoes to go with my new outfit. Thankfully, they also had my size. Pricy, but well worth the trip. They understand that women come in ALL sizes.
Not only do I LOVE torrid but the ladies that work here are awesome! And always looking to make sure I'm saving as much money as I can. So friendly amd welcoming.
