Before covid happened it was usually pretty crowded with fifteen plus people in the store at a time, and having a thirty or more minute long line. Although, sometimes it was very un crowded. During covid, now, it has only one or two people in there at a time with no line to enter or check out of the store. The employees are always very helpful and kind. They never hesitate to help find something and never take more than five minutes to get something. It is overall a great store and a good time.
They are so nice here! They are really helpful and know what they are doing. They called a ton of stores to see if they shoes I wanted were in stock there, and they never were sitting there doing nothing. They are friendly and always helping people. Andy and Axel were especially helpful and made sure that I got what I was looking for. Great store!
I mean, its vans. What is there to not like?
Staff is always very helpful and cordial. They’ve even helped me lace up a pair of my Vans. Great location!
