Great customer service
The guy was very nice
The management team is AWESOME at Tilly's in Sandy! Love the workers and how helpful they are. They always ask if I'm doing okay, ask to hold my things so I have free hands to keep shopping, and such a positive vibe. Love the energy and how good the store looks, gives me ideas on what to put together. Thank you. Love the experience!!
Ordered online to make the purchase quicker.... only to stand in a line for 20 mins to collect something we already paid for. Apparently “it makes people mad” if you “cut in line”. The guy literally had our package in his hand and made us line up rather than hand us our items. Don’t recommend
Great place, great people, great clothes,
Call the place to pay for some stuff. They had me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back. I hung up and call again, they didn"t even address that they had on me on hold for that long and also they where super rude!! like they hated me calling WOW!! The person who answer was Ana. I really hope she was just having a bad day because the store is really nice to have people like that!
