Nice staff and great inexpensive clothes for kids.
Bought a pair of expensive boots, and the toe wore through literally after one use. Store couldn’t have cared less, they said to leave a review lol. Thanks guys!
I used to love shopping at Carter's. Now the customer service has decreased and even the quality. I used to love going to the Carter's in Fashion Place and In South Town but things are not what they once were.
My baby outgrew her clothes so my husband, baby, & I popped in on a slow Sunday afternoon to buy her a new wardrobe but we were very disappointed with the customer service. Though while we shopped, we could hear as another couple received wonderful attentive service. This isn’t the first time we received poor customer service here, but it will be the last. The employees seemed to be watching us as if they thought we might steel something. I felt so disconcerted that I didn’t finish shopping, I only purchased 2 small items & took the rest of my shopping to a department store not too far from here. I believe in spending our hard earned money where we are going to be treated with respect & our business will be appreciated, since this is not that kind of business, we’ll be taking all of our baby shopping elsewhere.
