Been with AT&T for years finally switched to sprint and I regrets not doing it sooner. The staff you can tell really like each other and it was a very welcoming atmosphere. The whole process was laid back and i didn’t feel pressured or felt like someone was trying to just sell me something i didn’t want or need. They asked questions and took what i said and made recommendations on what would work best for my needs. Keep up the great work guys 5 star experience.

Charles has been a customer of mine for just shy of a year now and I finally had the opportunity to do business with him in his store. WOW! Absolutely awesome and a WEALTH of knowledge. His employee, Ricky also assisted us and I must say I was REALLY impressed!!! They tell me that they will be moving from Sprint to T-Mobile in a few months, but all I can say is these guys are the BEST! If I could increase it to 6 Stars I would.

We dealt with the store manager Charles, he was absolutely incredible. Helped to guide us through all of our questions, and we had a TON haha. He helped us get our new phones and some other devices for the kids! Really helped a ton and way better prices then US Cellular! Thanks again!!! Hope everything is this awesome when they turn T-Mobile

Jonathan is great. I’ve had to go in the store three times in the last two months. First trip to up grade two phones. Second trip for some billing clarification after CS was no help. Third time was for my wife’s phone to be upgraded. Jonathan was awesome each time. Professional, courteous and efficient. He has great people skills and knows his business. He is an asset to your business. The third time I was there we met Ricky who is also a superb employee and good at what he does. Please commend them for a job well done and thank you for having competent friendly employees at the Salem store. 5 stars, all day errday!!

I have dealt with this store for years. Never had such an awesome experience as I did with Charles who's the store manager. He has helped me with adding lines, kicking the kids off the account, haha. Or even setting up other new devices. He takes the time to get to know you and see if he can help YOU!!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend! Awesome, just AWESOME
