Steve was able to pack and ship my awkwardly-shaped iMac cross-country and stay within my budget. It arrived totally intact! Thank you!! You can even have your package shipped to another UPS store for for small pickup fee. ($5) Just make sure the employee puts your phone number on the packing label. Couldn't be happier that it arrived quickly and safely.

Shout out to Garry and Steve in the Salem, VA UPS store.nnI was having trouble on the other end of a fax they were helping me with and upon my 3rd return, they were very understanding and helpful!nnThey chose to send it without charging me and their customer service skills are stellar. It was busy when I was there and they were extremely efficient getting us all helped asap. UPS should be proud to have Steve White and Garry at the helm! I'll definitely be back.

Karin was nothing but help! She was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. My visit was during the virus scare and it was refreshing to know that UPS was open with such a helpful employee!nnKUDOS to Karen ;-)
